About a year or so ago I had the honor of talking with the legend™ that is Kool Keith. I helped to create a new logo mark for him. It was a rad and surreal experience.
So when he reached out with an opportunity to illustrate a cover for the latest Tashan Dorsett album for Junkadelic Records - I said 'hell yes'!
He sent me an early version of the title track and literally the first idea that popped in my head was frantically scribbled down and shot back.

And the rest is history.
The album is out now wherever fine music is sold and I do suggest the red vinyl ;)
